Lvl 1 Postpartum Package
Includes:
A single 2 hour visit without the healing postpartum meal, to allow for easier financial access to my services.
What this vist encompases varies between homes as the whole point is to provide whatever support YOU need at the time. This visit is only available to Sunshine Coast QLD residents.
This visit can look like:
A birth debrief, cup of tea and a hug.
Light housework duties, like your dishes being washed, bedsheets changed, laundry put on, and floors vacuumed and mopped.
Your dog being walked.
Someone to gently show you the newborn ropes of bathing, burping, getting into a routine, swaddling, baby-wearing and tying a baby wrap.
Someone to keep your baby company while you have a shower, an in home massage or even a nap.
General breastfeeding support.

Deluxe Postpartum Support Package
Includes:
A single 3 hour visit and a prepared meal chosen from my set menu, specifically formulated by a student naturopath (with the help of a qualified nutritionist) to maximise repair and healing.
What this vist encompases varies between homes as the whole point is to provide whatever support YOU need at the time. Available to Sunshine Coast and Gympie QLD Residents.
This visit can look like:
A birth debrief, cup of tea and a hug.
